TENNIS COURT RULES

1. Use of the tennis courts is for Welbourne Manor residents and their guests. Residents must accompany their guests during play.

2. The courts may not be reserved for private parties.

3. Proper tennis attire must be worn at all times.

4. Tennis shoes are required during play.

5. No skates, skateboards, etc. on the tennis courts.

6. No pets permitted on the courts at any time.

7. Limit play to one (1) hour if other residents are waiting to play.  A doubles group of residents may utilize the courts for two (2) hours of play.

8. On weekends and after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, adult residents, 18

years and older, have court preference.
